Combat Challenge is a Guard class feature which helps Fighters to fulfill the defender role.
(Level 0)
You gain Training in the Intimidation skill, and gain a class bonus to your Intimidation Proficiency equal to half your Strength modifier.
You gain a class bonus to your maximum hit points equal to your level, or equal to twice your level if you already had a class bonus to hit points.
You gain additional Training in heavy armor .
When you make a melee weapon attack against an unmarked enemy, you mark that enemy until the end of your next turn whether the attack hits or misses.
Enemies which are marked by your Combat Challenge suffer disadvantage to all attacks which do not include you as a target.
Whenever an enemy marked by your Combat Challenge shifts or makes an attack that does not include you, you may make an opportunity attack against it as an immediate action .

Each enemy within 3 paces that can see or hear you, and is capable of movement (Intimidate vs. Will )
Hit:
The target is pulled to an adjacent space and is marked by your combat challenge until the end of your next turn.
Leveling Up
At each even level, you may choose a new at-will Maneuver from this class feature or any of your other class features, or training in a proficiency of your choice.
At each odd level, you may choose a new ranked Maneuver from this class feature or any of your other class features, or may choose a new class feature from your class.

Until the stance ends, unmarked enemies who are adjacent to you are marked by your combat challenge until they move away.

You hit with a melee weapon attack.
Effect:
Until you end this stance, the target is marked by your combat challenge , and you gain a +2 stance bonus to melee attack rolls vs. the target and a +4 stance bonus to melee damage vs. the target.
Sustain:
You must attack the target at least once during each of your turns to maintain this stance.

You hit an enemy that you have marked with your combat challenge with an opportunity attack.
Effect:

You hit an enemy that you have marked with your combat challenge with an opportunity attack .
Effect:
You gain a class bonus to attack rolls vs. that enemy equal to 2 + your Wisdom modifier until the end of your next turn.
